This website is the flagship of an initiative to improve communication between members of the CB1 community. It is managed by Bidwells, and owned by CB1 Estate Management, the company responsible for running the CB1 area.

CB1 Stakeholder Group
The initiative is being driven by the CB1 Steering Group, which meets regularly to better understand how to make the CB1 area an even better place to live, work and play. Over the coming months, we anticipate increased participation by residents in the initiative, supported by the stakeholders.
Community Engagement & Project Coordinator
The initiative also has the involvement of a designated community engagement officer who works for community engagement specialists Paul Bragman Community and Economic Regeneration Consultants Limited.
